Two developers that have expressed interest in our area are Prelude LLC Wind Farms from Green Bay, WI and Denali Energy from Aberdeen, SD/Baxter, MN.

Wind farm development is one half of the chicken-and-egg cycle that we find ourselves in right now.  Wind farm developers won't build a farm if they don't have transmission lines to a market and transmission line developers won't string a line to a place with no wind farms.  Which comes first?  The truth is, we need both first.
